New Workout Regimen

So, I am going to attempt to start Insanity for the 2nd time.  The last time I was about two weeks into the program and starting to see a difference, then I hurt my knee playing ultimate frisbee (i know super gay).  Honestly there is nothing ultimate about a frisbee at all, but for some reason Army Officers love it, guess I will have to get used to it.  Back to the workouts at hand, I definitely need to do this, because my parents were in town for my commissioning and wanted to eat out for every meal of every day for a week, so awful, but undeniably good.  Gained about 10lbs, time to get back on my meatatarian diet, eating chicken and cheese all day.  MOM PROTEIN!!!!!!!!!

Wedding Contest

So my fiance and I are getting married this November, and we entered a Trans Union contest to potentially win $10,000.  If you have face book please follow the link and vote for our picture.

With the line being around the corner, and the previous showings selling out, I thought this movie would have been amazing, but it wasn't.  Don't get me wrong it was funny, but overall it was only half as good as the first.  Though I should have known better.  Sequels are never as good as the first, especially in comedies, think Ghostbusters II, Caddyshack II, or Home Alone 2: Lost in NY, all 100% fail.  It is definitely worth watching on Netflix or from RedBox but not worth the time in line, or the absurd price of two hotdogs, and a popcorn.  HIGHWAY ROBBERY.  Oh and on a side note a kid who was in ROTC with me and scheduled to commission 2 years ago, but suddenly became a conscientious objector now works at the theater serving pop corn.  Way to go hippy, good career change.

So far this month I've been lucky enough to not be let down by any of the comedies I watched in theaters. I've watched Your Highness, Bridesmaids, and tonight I will be seeing Hangover 2.  Shit should be pretty good, also I'm hoping the Bulls pull this shit out today and at least make this interesting.

New Rank

So after 9 years as an enlisted soldier/NCO in the Army, I am now a 2nd Lieutenant.  Today is the first day I wore the rank aside from my commissioning.  I must say it feels weird, I got my silver dollar in my pocket for my first salute which will also be odd.  On a less odd note I'm gonna destroy all you can eat wing night at Hooters tonight.

Disappointed in the Heat and the Thunder

I really do not want to see the Heat or the Mavs in the finals, it will likely be the most one sided final ever.  Old ass Kidd and Dirk against the BIG 3. On a good note, I'm looking at selling a shit ton of Nike SB's, gotta make money.

MW3 Official Gameplay Trailer

Well game 4 started and OKC hasn't missed a shot from the field yet, and the Modern Warfare 3 trailer was the TITS!http://www.youtube.com/user/CALLOFDUTY.  Currently I can't load the video but as soon as I can I will do it.  The game looks like it takes place in the US, England, France, and Germany.  I don't give a shit about the French but I'm sure the campaign will be nice, waiting to see the multiplayer ish.

Modern Warfare 3

So tonight Infinity Ward will reveal the first gameplay trailer of Modern Warfare 3, based on the teaser and some ads I saw at Gamestop it looks like it is taking place primarily in the United States.  Thats pretty sick, because I'm all about blasting terrorists on my home turf.  I'm hoping this game is  awesome.  More to come once the trailer is revealed.

The worst part of rollerblading is telling your parents you're gay

What we have here is the elusive roller-bro.  He is a feeble creature who wears very deceptive costumes. At first glance you think he is just a normal bro who wears plaid shorts and has a iPhone, but when you ask him for a ride he says "no man, I'm BLADING today".  He also feels that he is a step above your average pedestrian, notice how, despite him not being a bicycle or motor vehicle, he still travels on the street as opposed to the sidewalk.
