NOT WORTH IT

With the line being around the corner, and the previous showings selling out, I thought this movie would have been amazing, but it wasn't.  Don't get me wrong it was funny, but overall it was only half as good as the first.  Though I should have known better.  Sequels are never as good as the first, especially in comedies, think Ghostbusters II, Caddyshack II, or Home Alone 2: Lost in NY, all 100% fail.  It is definitely worth watching on Netflix or from RedBox but not worth the time in line, or the absurd price of two hotdogs, and a popcorn.  HIGHWAY ROBBERY.  Oh and on a side note a kid who was in ROTC with me and scheduled to commission 2 years ago, but suddenly became a conscientious objector now works at the theater serving pop corn.  Way to go hippy, good career change.

  1. yeah, It was impossible the reach the level of the first one. Zach Galifianakis was an unknown actor an his style was still fresh.

  4. Yeah, the funniest bits were tainted with the feeling that you've seen it before :/
I still laughed, but I felt a little annoyed that they didn't change the formula for even a second.

  8. Just watched this two nights ago, couldn't agree more with you on this one. Felt almost exactly the same, like a copy and paste while just changing the backdrop.
